Peter Nitzsche is County Agricultural Agent with Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Morris County, New Jersey. He conducts educational programs in commercial vegetable and small fruit production and marketing. He has a B.S. degree in Plant Science and an M.S. degree in Horticulture from Rutgers University. His research has focused on specialty vegetables for direct markets and tomato cultivar evaluations with a focus on flavor.
