Abstract Format

Use the following format for your abstract:

Paper: 8.5 inch x 11 inch, white bond
Margins: 1 inch all around - DO NOT NUMBER PAGES
Spacing:  Single-spaced, with double spaces between each paragraph
Font:  If possible, use the following font: 12 point Arial
Headings: First Line - Title of paper, bold, all capitals, and centered
  Skip the following two lines
  Second Line - Name of author(s), centered
  Third Line - Author’s title, affiliation, and mailing address, centered

Call For Papers

For those interested in presenting an oral (15 minute) or poster presentation at this year’s meeting, abstracts should be a maximum of 500 words, not including title and author information.  See below for abstract formatting. The deadline for all abstracts is 5:00 PM on July 18, 2008.

Set-up for the poster session will be on Sunday, September 7 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. The poster session and Happy Hour will be on Monday, September 8 from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. The maximum size for all posters is 48” wide by 48” tall, fit on a single sheet of paper and follow normal poster guidelines.

All poster abstracts should be sent to wyenandt@aesop.rutgers.edu by 5:00 PM on July 18, 2008.  This date is firm. No FAX COPIES will be accepted.  If you have questions, contact Andy Wyenandt by phone (856-455-3100, ext. 4144) or by

One of the great aspects of this international conference is the proceedings which will be produced by Vance Publishing.  A copy will be provided to all participants as part of their registration.
