CUT-OFF DATE FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations at the $129.00 + tax a night rate is August 26, 2008. Reservation requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time on the cut-off date will be accepted at the Hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability. All guest room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 14%, as well as the following mandatory charge of $1 for Resort Fee. Extra per person room charge is $20 per night. Club level upgrade charge is $30 per night. |
RESERVATION PROCEDURES Conference participants will use the hotel website created specifically for our conference. It is listed as the International Pepper Meeting 2008. All guests will make reservations through the on-line group website: CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM CHECK-OUT: 12:00 PM |
| PARKING The parking fees for Sheraton overnight guests are $17.00 for valet parking and $5.00 for self-parking per day. These rates are subject to change without notice. All guest parking rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 7%. |
